Green Room Chef Earns ACF Certification
David Ferlet, of the Green Room Grille, recently completed the requirements for Certified Sous Chef (CSC) under the American Culinary Federation (ACF) guidelines. In August of 2009, Chef Ferlet had successfully completed the written and practical cooking tests administered by ACF certified judges.
“The Green Room Grille is extremely proud of Chef Ferlet’s accomplishments,” says Executive Chef Len Pawelek, “he has worked tremendously hard to achieve this professional and personal goal."
Certification through the American Culinary Federation demonstrates skill, knowledge and professionalism to the food service industry. ACF is the largest professional chef’s organization in North America. It is made up of more than 22,000 members that belong to more than 230 chapters in four regions across the U.S.
